JOHN ALLAN

John Allan has been teaching the Great Highland Bagpipe for more than 30 years, working with complete beginners through advanced pipers and pipe-band players.

His students have gone on to become successful solo competitors, pipe majors and members of Grade 1 pipe bands.

John has performed and recorded internationally with artists, orchestras and major film and television productions, while continuing to teach piping throughout his career.
